The Ocean State Challenge welcomes strong town and select teams from Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine to compete against some of Rhode Island’s best youth lacrosse players.
This regional event offers high-quality competition and a memorable day of lacrosse for teams from across New England.
The Heart of the Game
The Ocean State Challenge is built on the idea that lacrosse can connect youth players beyond the boundaries of town and club.
Rhode Island athletes come together as one team to represent the Ocean State, build new friendships, embrace healthy competition, and demonstrate sportsmanship. It’s an opportunity to grow as players, strengthen the lacrosse community, and represent something bigger than themselves.
